Clare Wyatt
I specialise in the field of organisational behaviour and change and have worked as a consultant for 10 years in both external and internal consulting roles.
I began my career at Unilever working as a psychologist in consumer research, marketing and product development. I then worked on a government funded initiative at Nissan, focusing on building inter-organisational partnerships with over 80 global suppliers.
At Smythe Dorward Lambert, I linked employee communication with behavioural change, before moving to the change practice at Towers Perrin.
Prior to joining Comma I managed a consulting business in a leading recruitment advertising agency, working with clients to drive brand strength through internal culture and employee behaviour. My clients have included Diageo, Prudential, Royal Mail, Linklaters & Alliance. Microsoft MSN, HBOS, Schroders and number of government departments such as DEFRA and the Department of Health.
I have a degree and a masters in psychology and have worked as a psychology lecturer. I have a PhD in management from Cranfield University and I am currently training as a psychotherapist at Oxford University.
