Liz Stanley
I have practiced in the field of organisational change for 12 years, working in both internal and external consulting roles. I have worked for Comma since its foundation and recent clients have included BT Openreach, Arcelor and Unilever. I am currently working with ABN AMRO supporting the integration of its investment banking business following its acquisition by RBS.
Prior to Comma, I worked as a Principal Consultant in change leadership with Mercer Delta, helping clients such as BT, Corus and EDF Energy to use cultural mapping data to drive faster and more effective change.
I joined Mercer Delta from Vodafone UK, where I was a Strategic Change Manager, working to provide cultural and behavioural change support to the company’s priority strategic initiatives.
This involved facilitating the design and delivery of cross-functional projects with diverse teams from across the UK business.
Prior to Vodafone, I spent six years consulting at Smythe Dorward Lambert, which became the UK’s leading specialist in internal communication and employee engagement. I focused on cultural and behavioural change, working with individuals and teams from a range of clients in both the UK and US, including Microsoft, Airtours, Willis, Tesco, Waterstones and BAA.
I have an MSc in Organisational Behaviour from Birkbeck College, University of London and a BA in Law and Social and Political Science from Downing College, Cambridge. I am also a qualified Myers Briggs practitioner.
